In Topic 2 of this course you will learn how  & why different measurement systems were invented and then use them in practical questions involving surface area, volume, and capacity. You will also look at similar shapes and triangles. 

You will have to:

• Create a couple presentations regarding measurement

• Create Tutorials/Guides or set up Google Hangout to teach how to determine surface area and volume

• Review Unit rates/proportions and how impacts conversions

• Complete some tasks  (watch video below and fill out the notes to include in your notebook)

• Solve some real world measurement problems
